PSCDC is a nonprofit economic and community development organization serving Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County. Public-sector contracts, grants, partnerships, and member support all help sustain our work.
Membership dollars provide flexible support that helps PSCDC maintain the capacity to pursue opportunities, coordinate complex initiatives, support local businesses, strengthen workforce and housing efforts, advance broadband and Main Street programs, and respond when new community needs emerge.
When you join PSCDC, you are not simply purchasing a list of benefits. You are helping strengthen the local capacity required to move economic-development work from ideas to action.
Why membership matters
Economic development rarely happens through a single project, organization, or funding source. It takes sustained coordination, partnerships, grant development, business support, planning, problem-solving, and follow-through.
PSCDC operates with a small staff and a broad portfolio. Member support helps extend our capacity and gives us the flexibility to keep projects moving, pursue outside funding, build partnerships, and take on work that would otherwise be difficult for a small rural organization to sustain.

PSCDC membership includes opportunities to stay informed, participate in the organization, build relationships, and receive recognition based on membership level.
All membership levels include Enterprise Zone Contribution Tax Credit processing, membership communications, voting membership, board-seat eligibility, and committee-seat eligibility.
Additional benefits increase by membership level and may include referrals, website recognition, social media promotion, member spotlights, event participation, speaking opportunities, and other visibility and engagement opportunities.
Connector
$250/year
Designed for small businesses with 1 to 5 employees and organizations that want to support PSCDC’s work and stay connected to the local economic-development community.
Includes:
- Enterprise Zone Contribution Tax Credit processing

- Board-seat eligibility
- Committee-seat eligibility
Additional options: SCAPE businesses receive Advocate-level benefits at the Connector rate. Senior memberships are available upon request.
