Workforce Housing

As housing costs surged across Colorado in the early 2020s, communities like Archuleta County faced a growing challenge: local workers were increasingly unable to find attainable homes where they lived and worked. In response, PSCDC took on workforce housing as an economic development priority, developing homeownership opportunities and building the partnerships, funding, and policy solutions needed to move projects forward.
